The Academic Office is responsible for organising and managing the academic life of Somerville’s students, from undergraduate admissions through to graduation ceremonies, alongside our colleagues working in access and outreach, and student funding.
The Academic Office team are currently working remotely in response to the current coronavirus (Covid-19) outbreak. Although we are not physically in the office, we continue to support Somerville students and staff as normal through our excellent remote working facilities. In the first instance, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiries. If we then need to make arrangements to have a phone call or video conversation with you about an academic matter or a welfare matter, we will do so.
If you need to contact the Welfare Officer, Jo Ockwell, email email@example.com (work days given below)
Please check our FAQ page first as you may find your question has already been answered.
