Barbara Harvey, CBE, FBA, Somerville’s Fellow and Tutor in Medieval History, 1955-1993, died on 8th August at the age of 97. Barbara’s funeral was held on Wednesday 24th September, and we are grateful to her friends and family for allowing us to publish the order of service, and addresses, which can be read below.

Addresses were given by Nicholas Heywood and David Caldwell, Barbara’s family members, and by Pauline Adams, Somerville Emeritus Fellow, with the sermon delivered by Rev. Will Lamb. Our announcement of Barbara’s death can be read here.
