We are very pleased to invite you to our alumni Gardening Network’s first regional visit, and hope you’ll be able to join us for an afternoon at Gresgarth Hall Gardens in Lancashire.
The garden was created by Arabella Lennox-Boyd, is one of the foremost garden designers in the world, who has created some of the country’s most stunning private gardens, in addition to commissions for the Serpentine North Gallery and projects for Sting and Sir Terence Conran. Described as ‘marrying Italian style with British plantsmanship’, the garden has been highly recommended by several alumni in the area.
We’re very excited to be able to take a group there for a tour by the Head Gardener. Clare Latham (PPE 1985), the Network’s Co-ordinator and Jackie Watson, Alumni Relations Officer, look forward to meeting alumni there, and will contact those who book with suggestions to meet up nearby for lunch beforehand.
Who could need a better excuse for a summer weekend in this beautiful area!
