Gaudy – Matriculation 1970-1979

29th and 30th June 2019

This is your Gaudy year! During the last weekend of June we shall be celebrating with matric years 1970-79 and we hope you can join us.

The weekend will begin with tea in the College gardens on Saturday 29th June and will finish with an informal lunch on Sunday 30th June, to which partners and families are welcome.

11.00am      Talk by Dr Stephanie Dalley, Somerville Senior Research Fellow: ‘The Hanging Gardens of Babylon
12.15pm       Principal at Home
1.00pm        Lunch in Hall (guests welcome)
2.30pm       Tour from Stephanie Dalley of the Ashmolean’s Near Eastern Gallery – This is now Fully Booked
