Thanks to the wonderful generosity of a group of alumni, our 2020 Leavers were able to return to Somerville for a weekend. Due to the pandemic our recent leavers missed their final term in Oxford, which, of course, was a great shame for everyone. This made it especially nice to welcome them back to college to make up for that lost time and to reunite with friends.  Please see Report for Donors article here.

The weekend was appreciated greatly by those who attended:

“After such an abrupt ending to the 2019-20 academic year, it was wonderful to see so many familiar faces again and find out what everyone had been up to since they left college. I can’t thank the alumni enough, as without them I may never have seen some of these people again.”

“It was so lovely to be able to come back to college and see it again with friends, some of whom I hadn’t seen in two years. The BBQ on the Terrace was wonderful and a great chance to catch up with our cohort while reminiscing late into the night. Thank you so much for making this week-end possible!”
