Somerville has always been a proud supporter of Access and Outreach work, striving to reach those students who would most benefit from learning more about Higher Education and Oxford University.

Regional Outreach
The University has established a programme of regionalisation, under which each Local Education Authority is linked to a particular college. The link regions for Somerville are:
- Buckinghamshire
- Hounslow
- Kingston-upon-Thames
- Portsmouth
- The Isle of Wight

Visit us on an Open Day
Oxford hosts University wide open days in July and September every year. During these days Somerville opens its doors to all prospective applicants and offers opportunities for college tour, to meet current students and tutors and learn more about the application process.
