Somerville College Contract
The College Contract should be printed out, completed and signed by hand and scanned (You can do that using an app on your phone; instructions are available here). Please save the document as “Surname, First Name – Graduate College Contract”.
Please return the College Contract to academic.office@some.ox.ac.uk by Tuesday 2 September 2025. The subject line of your email should follow the following format: Surname, First Name – Graduate College Contract
Your University Card
Your department will be in touch with instructions on how to apply for a student card, either via the online portal or a card form. If you receive the latter please complete it and return it to acreturns@admin.ox.ac.uk
If you have any issues accessing the portal please contact your department
University card processing can take a few weeks, so we suggest completing the card form as soon as possible. You will receive an email from Central IT Services containing your Single Sign On (SSO) account details. Please check your junk mail folder for this. Follow the steps within the email to register your SSO.
Once you have done this you will be sent another email to register online using the Student Self Service.
It is important that these steps are completed before your arrival in Oxford. You will collect your University Card when you complete the second part of your registration in person. (We will make other arrangements with students on Distance Learning Courses)
To be completed when you have received your Single Sign On (SSO):
