Michaelmas Term Film Club: Films about Films

Wednesday 25 November, 7pm

This term the Somerville Film Club is turning in on itself to present four classic pieces of cinema on the subject of film itself. From biting satires of Hollywood, to love letters to the art form, to mind-bending games with reality and fiction, we have a term’s worth of masterpieces to intrigue and entertain. All films will be on Wednesdays at 7:15 pm with drinks and nibbles from 7:00 pm. The first one is on 14th October and will take place in Flora Anderson Hall as usual. Thereafter, we will be moving to our new venue of the Margaret Thatcher Centre. All Somervillians and their guests are very welcome; there is no charge, but contributions to cover drinks and nibbles are much appreciated. Please join us!
