Somerville College is looking to appoint a Regular Giving and Alumni Relations Executive to run all aspects of the regular giving programme throughout the year, as well as engage alumni, in particular those who have recently graduated, with special events and projects. This exciting role also provides a chance for the right candidate to start their own portfolio of new supporters to the College through personal meetings. There will be opportunities for personal development through training and mentoring in a highly supportive environment.
Regular giving (whether through direct debit, standing order, multi-year pledges or repeated single donations), plays a critical role in supporting the core activities of the College, including providing bursaries and hardship support for students, underwriting the costs of the unique tutorial system, preserving and improving College facilities as well as enhancing student experience through extra-curricular activities.
The closing date for completed applications is 10 a.m. on Tuesday 6 June 2023. Interviews are likely to be held in Oxford as soon as possible after the closing date.
