What to wear for the ceremony

When taking a degree in person at a degree ceremony, you must wear academic dress with sub fusc clothing.

Guests at degree ceremonies do not need to wear gowns or robes, and there is no dress code for them. Guests do usually dress smartly.

There is no dress code for either graduands or guests attending the College drinks reception and lunch.
