All rooms are single occupancy, some with ensuite and some with shared bathrooms. The rooms are of different styles and sizes and the College is continuously upgrading its accommodation.
Booked alongside a conference or meeting, our bedrooms offer guests the opportunity to relax amidst the surroundings of the College. Booked separately as a different way to take a holiday in Oxford, they offer an attractive alternative to a hotel.
In all bedrooms:
Somerville is pleased to announce the launch of 68 en-suite student rooms in two state of the art buildings, designed by award-winning Niall McLaughlin Architects, available from April 2012. The accommodation is situated at the edge of the College's northern boundary on the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, the site of the University of Oxford's most significant cluster of developments in many decades. The new accommodation was officially opened by the Chancellor of the University, Lord Patten of Barnes on the 17th September 2011.
