Academic Life

The Academic Office at Somerville is the department which can help with queries on academic-related administrative matters. We can assist with areas including replacement of University Cards, transcripts, Book and Travel Grants, and Degree Days.

The Academic Office is on the ground floor of the House building, next to the College Bar. It is staffed by the Assistant Academic Administrator.

The Office is usually open for student queries from 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday - Friday.

If your query can be dealt with by email, or if you need to make an appointment to visit the Office outside these times, please email student.admin@some.ox.ac.uk.
