Academic Life

The Academic Office at Somerville is the department which can help with queries on academic-related administrative matters. We can assist with areas including replacement of University Cards, Transcripts, Book and Travel Grants, and Degree Days.

The Academic Office is on the ground floor of the House building in House 5, next to the College Bar. 

The Office is usually open for student queries from 9.00 a.m. - 12.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m. Monday - Friday, staffed by Academic Office Administrator and Academic Office Assistants.

The Academic Registrar and the Tutorial and Graduate Officer can be found in House 4, just off Green Hall.
